Why SERVPRO? Before and After Mitigation

Initially we were called for a visual inspection after a small water leak. At first, to an inexperienced eye, the room was looking fine but the tenants complained on the mold like odor. Our inspector discovered exactly that and the mitigation process began. We needed to remove all affected flooring and walls, because mold spores are microscopic and anything that is not a solid surface needed to be removed, all solids can be cleaned and sanitized. In this particular situation, everything needed to be discarded and the structure needed to be sanitized. Once all that was accomplished we did proceed with the reconstruction.
