This electrical fire occurred in Kailua-Kona. We were called to the popular coffee shop chain to mitigate the electrical smoke damage. Electricity is becoming more and more complex and with old systems running to and from buildings there is a lot of stress on installations. While the fire was minor, the smoke from electrical sources is very toxic and requires trained technicians to handle it. We were able to remove all the debris around the affected area, then clean and sanitize before running odor eliminating ozone generator. Once the mitigation was over the reconstruction was rather quick and business was back to normal in no time.
